PRODUCT INFORMATION Beermakers Craft Brew Kits are made using the Finest 2 Row Malted Barley and Australasian Hops. The water we use is of the highest quality and our yeast was chosen with four qualities in mind: Flavour - The yeast strain produces superb flavour profiles in lager and ale type beers Attenuation - The yeast ferments the sugars quickly and completely reducing the chance of contamination. Settlement - The yeast produces minimal sedimentation and settles quickly into a compact layer at the bottom of the bottle Temperature Tolerance - The yeast ferments consistently over a wide range of temperature. The Beermakers Family Lager - A popular beer, light coloured with moderate hopping levels has a superb finish. Draught  - A full flavoured light amber beer with extra hops and a long smooth finish. Bitter Ale - A classic bitter, medium amber in colour and well hopped. Old - A dark, rich, full flavoured black beer with hops and malt beautifully balanced to give a smooth finish. Cold - A modern styled pale lager with a refreshing aftertaste provided by specially selected hops.  Ginger Beer - A traditional Ginger Beer with good gingery bite, slightly sweet and a refreshing finish.
